In addition to reading the writing-related posts on my blog, I recommend that you visit Jason Crenshaw’s web site at http://global-english.lefora.com/forum/category/toefl-writing-lab/page1/ . He has some excellent writing instruction that will steer you toward writing an excellent TOEFL essay. I also recommend that you subscribe to my TOEFL iBT Newsletter so that you can get additional tips on how to improve your grammar and writing skills. You will get these in the form of monthly lessons: short, straight to the point, and laser-targeted to advance your writing skills quickly.
To get someone to personally check your TOEFL writing is unfortunately a service that I currently do not offer. It is time-consuming to read, comment, and score a TOEFL essay, especially without being able to talk to you face to face. Do you have any ESL professionals in your city that can provide you face-to-face feedback on your writing?
For now, I will give you one tip toward helping you advance in your writing skills. Get some sample TOEFL iBT independent and integrated sample essays. Rewrite the entire essay exactly as the original. Do this 3 times a week for a month. This will help you to get used to TOEFL style writing.
