If you are not sure, it is best to assume that you have 50% proficiency in every section, for example 15/30 pts on the reading, listening, speaking, and writing.

Thanks for this video Mr.Micheal, I found the ets improving skill section was efficient but i dont know my level in every section coz i took it once long ago and i scored 53 for the first time.
For true, the most effective thing that helped me to expand my vocabulary is your 1700 vocabulary list.Also listening to discovery channel,animal planet channel helped me a lot withe my listening.I scored 72 but I want to take the test one more time.On the other hand I can’t find any thing else to improve my skills.So that I told you that I already tried all the tips in ets site.Although hey are very good ones but most of them didn’t work with me especially for reading.

The next question is this, Did you practice what you read? For example, which of the strategies outlined at http://www.toefl.org worked for you and which ones did not work?
